Organdi found the strong pace at Worcester on Tuesday evening not necessarily in her favour as the trip was the minimum of her best.  Ciaran Gethings reported that he could never really get a breather into her but as ever, she stayed on well up the straight in what proved to be a very competitive event.

Hopefully the handicapper will drop her a few more pounds after this and it would be handy to find a race over a bit further but opportunities are limited at this time of year.

Corrany runs today in the 4.25pm at Stratford – a three miles three furlongs handicap chase with Finn Lambert onboard.  Finn was placed on him several times last summer and hopefully he will run well again on the track having been placed over hurdles on his last run.  If he can get into a rhythm in behind the leaders we know he will stay every yard of this trip and if things go right, he certainly has each-way claims.

Looking forward to our charity cricket match on Sunday in aid of Racing Welfare in memory of Luke Watson and Adlestrop Cricket ground.  The local team take on a Phillips XI for the Adlestrop Ashes once again.  Please along and support the event if you can.
