Urban Champion ran too freely in his race at Kempton last night and Saffie Osborne reported that he ran a bit on his nerves.  Hopefully he will settle better next time and I am sure his future will be in handicap company.  He obviously has ability and we look forward to him strengthening as a three-year-old.

We decided not to declare Rossbeigh Strand at Uttoxeter on Saturday as the ground is drying up there and he has shown his best form on softer ground.  He is also entered at Plumpton on Monday and we will look at this race as an option for him.

We have entries for next week and hopefully we will get a fair few of the horses out on the course in the next few weeks.  Ground conditions are varying so much with some racecourses being waterlogged and others being watered.

We had a good schooling morning today with both Tom Bellamy and Finn Lambert coming in to jump some of the string.

Looking forward to welcoming members of the Adlestrop Club to the gallops on Saturday morning.   It looks like we will have a good turn out and we look forward to the Club seeing their two horses Totterdown and Tulane on the gallops.
