Ned Cash ran well in the bumper at Warwick yesterday finishing fifth beaten less than ten lengths by the more experienced winner.  He certainly showed plenty of promise and Sam Twiston-Davies was very pleased with him.

Unfortunately he got kicked just before the start which was far from ideal but hopefully didn’t affect his performance too much.  We look forward to him providing his owner Althea Barclay with some enjoyable days out in the future.

Corrany (pictured) runs today in the 5.20pm at Chepstow – a three and a quarter mile handicap chase with Finn Lambert onboard.  He showed some competitive form last summer at Worcester and will hopefully provide a lot of fun and prize money for the Dozen Dreamers syndicate and the Motor neurone Disease Association who will be donated half of the prize money won.

Unfortunately there has been a fair bit of rain at Chepstow which is far from ideal as he likes top of the ground but hopefully he will blow away a few cobwebs and the race will set him up for the summer ahead.

Organdi (pictured) is declared in the Bet 365 Gold Cup at Sandown tomorrow.  Again unfortunately a huge amount of rain has arrived at the track and we will make a decision in the morning whether she will take her chance as her best form is on a faster surface.

She appears in great form at home and without the rain we would have fancied her chances of running very well over this extended trip.  Hopefully she will find some more suitable ground throughout the summer, whatever our decision.
