Despite the frost, we were able to school some of the string this morning in preparation for runners in the next couple of weeks.  Finn Lambert, Dillon Butler and Delphi Parkinson did the honours.

Lizzie Rey is declared at Doncaster tomorrow in the conditional jockeys novices handicap hurdle over three miles run at 1pm.  Finn Lambert is booked to ride.  She has had a wind op since her last run and hopefully the step up in trip will suit and she will give the Adlestrop Club a competitive run.

We have Bluenose Belle and Little Big Kev declared for their hurdling debuts at Kempton on Friday.  Both would be suited by better ground but there is not much of that around at present.  Bluenose Belle has shown plenty of ability on the flat for us and appears to enjoy jumping.  Finn Lambert rides claiming three pounds and it would be good to show some promise on her hurdling debut in what is a competitive contest.

Little Big Kev ran well in his first two bumpers for us having shown ability in his point-to-point in Ireland. He has shown plenty of athleticism in his jumping at home and Tom Bellamy is booked to ride.  Again it is a competitive race but we look forward to him building on the promise of his bumper runs.
