We have declared Neeps And Tatties in the 3.26pm at Huntingdon tomorrow – a novices handicap hurdle over two miles. This will be her handicap debut and hopefully she has gradually learned to settle better in her races and we look forward to her being competitive.

The ground is heavy at present and would not want much more rain in order for the meeting to go ahead.

Smile Back (pictured) ran a pleasing third at Carlisle on Monday, travelling and jumping well for much of the race and staying on after the last to once again put in a consistent and game run.  Tech That once again did not finish off his race and we will do some tests on him to see if we can get to the root of the issue.  He certainly has the size and scope to go chasing and we may well take up this option for his next outing.

It was wonderful that Eustace and Carol Theodore and Karen Anderson were able to fly over from the USA to be present for their races.  Carlisle is a fantastic track – very friendly, and looked after us all very well.  If you have not made a visit, I highly recommend that you do as it has a lovely atmosphere with bars and cafes and great viewing.
