Full-Time Rider / Racing Groom
We are recruiting for a confident rider to join our team full-time.
Who are we looking for:
- An excellent rider, ideally with experience in the horseracing industry but not essential.
- Someone who will do all the usual stable duties to a high standard
- A team player, who works hard, is self-motivated and ambitious
- A person with passion for racehorse welfare and our sport
What we can offer you:
Located in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds, with first-class training facilities, we have 30 lovely racehorses in training both jumpers and flat.
We have an exciting group of horses and are very much looking forward to the season ahead. There will be plenty of opportunities to go racing.
Team Adlestrop is a small, friendly and competitive team. We work hard and have a great team ethos.
We offer an excellent salary and provide a safe, professional working environment where development and progression is encouraged. This includes industry training courses, in-house coaching as well as support in obtaining jockeys licences if applicable.
30 days paid holiday which increases with length of employment. Pension. Pool money.
