Fighting Poet runs today in the 4.10pm at Brighton.  Twice a course winner, hopefully he will once again put up a competitive display for the Adlestrop Club.  Sean D Bowen takes the ride again claiming three pounds and although it is a competitive affair he appears in good form at home.

Bluenose Belle is declared at Kempton tomorrow in the 4.12pm with Kieran Shoemark onboard.  She has run well over course and distance before and appears to prefer going right-handed.  Kieran is yet to ride a winner for us but has been placed in the past from few opportunities and having started his career at Adlestrop, we look forward to him riding his first winner for us very soon.  It was wonderful to see him ride a Group 1 winner at Longchamp on Sunday and I am sure there will be plenty more to come.

Congratulations to Ralph Beckett and all his team with a wonderful victory in the Arc with Bluestocking.  I have known Ralph for many decades and his string have made great strides in the last few seasons to compete internationally at the top level.  Rossa Ryan is developing into a world class rider and his career looks like going from strength to strength and I am sure both he and Ralph will enjoy plenty more successes together in the coming years.
