The first day of the Festival and I’ve been asked to pass on some fancies for the week.   Having attended a few previews and heard plenty of opinions, hopefully the following will give you a run for your money:

Funiculi Funicula each way in the Supreme Novices

• Crebilly in the Ultima
• Joyeuse each way in the Mares hurdle.
• Holy Sea each way in the Juvenile handicap
• Transmission in the National Hunt Challenge Cup
