Fighting Poet runs today in the 4pm at Lingfield, the mile and a half classified stakes with Rab Havlin onboard. The blinkers are back on after trying cheek pieces on his last outing when Delphi rode him. He has run well on the track in the past and hopefully things will go his way today.
With no sign of rain we are confined to the all weather at present and have Six Blue entered at Lingfield on Monday and others to enter during the week.
It was great that the Racing Post had a pull-out at the weekend about National Racehorse Week which runs from 22nd – 31st August. Pleased to report that over 15,000 places are available for the public to come and learn about the life of racehorses with various stables, studs and rehoming centres opening throughout Britain.
We are very much looking forward to opening our doors here in Adlestrop on the morning of the 26th August.
