Swift Jet ran a very pleasing third at Ludlow yesterday in the conditional jockeys handicap hurdle.  Finn Lambert reported they went a good gallop and he travelled into the race just before the home straight then stayed on well over the last two flights. We are keen to go chasing with him but have been unable to find a suitable race and hopefully we will find one soon as he jumps obstacles like a chaser and has the make and shape of one too.  We look forward to him rewarding his patient owners in the coming months.

We have declared Mostly Mozart in the 7pm at Wolverhampton on Saturday – a two mile handicap.  Sean Dylan Bowen takes the ride one again and he has run well on the track over a shorter trip in the past.  He appears to have improved with a change of regime recently and hopefully he will competitive in this event.

Delighted to announce our annual Adlestrop Club Question of Sport will take place on Thursday 19th February, 2026.  Once again we are privileged to have our three celebrity team captains in Sybil Ruscoe, John Inverdale and Mark Pougatch and other sporting celebrities will be joining them.

This year we are raising money for the Hunt Family Fund – a charity set up in memory of racing commentator John Hunt’s wife Carol and daughters Hannah and Louise, and we will hold a charity raffle on the evening.   Full details below and on our event page.  Please do book your tickets and support this evening if you can.
