Sumatran Tiger is declared in the 2.20pm at Bath on Wednesday with Charles Bishop onboard.  She ran pleasingly on her debut for us at the track in August and hopefully the step up in trip will suit her.  ‘Tiggy’ is a dual Derby winner in Jersey and we look forward to her going jumping once the ground eases a bit more as she has plenty of ability and enthusiasm.

Thank you to everyone who made National Racehorse Week such a success.  It was a privilege to welcome three families through the excellent charity Box4Kids on Friday.  We had an inspiring morning together and having welcomed people through the charity last year, we look forward to it being an annual event for us during the week.

Delighted to go to Sandown on Saturday morning to appear on ITV Racing’s Opening Show to discuss the various activities of National Racehorse Week and it’s benefits.  We look forward to ITV Racing continuing to support the week along with it’s presenters.

It was great to catch up with Brough Scott afterwards to discuss all things racing.  Brough was on the programme to remember the lives of both Bruce Raymond and Geoff Lewis who have recently died.  Geoff was a childhood hero of mine along with Mill Reef and I would ride past his stables ‘Thirty Acre Barn’ in Epsom most evenings in my teens.  Looking forward to many young people who were involved with National Racehorse Week telling similar tales in decades to come.
