A fabulous victory for Totterdown at Huntingdon yesterday.  Setting a decent pace throughout, he jumped with great enthusiasm and saw off the opposition in fine style for a memorable win.  Finn Lambert set the fractions perfectly and lost his five pound claim in the process.

It was so good to have so many members of the Adlestrop Club present to witness the famous win.  Thank you for all the messages we have received – he certainly has got a large fan club and looks magnificent at the age of thirteen.

His breeders Sue Jones and partners have had a dreamlike journey with Totterdown and we will see how he comes out of this race before deciding if he has one more race before a well-deserved retirement.

We have Picanha entered at Newbury on Friday in the novices handicap chase and will take a view later in the week following another schooling session.  We look forward to him making his chasing debut once conditions suit after his excellent run over hurdles last month.
