Little Big Kev is declared in the bumper at Bangor tomorrow run at 5.10pm.  He has shown promise on his previous two starts for us and was unlucky in running at Stratford.  Hopefully things will go more smoothly tomorrow and he can continue to progress for his owner Ed Ware.  Adam Wedge takes the ride and this athletic five-year-old looks to have a good future over jumps.

Fighting Poet was not beaten far at Lingfield on Tuesday evening.  Kaiya Fraser thought that he would benefit from an easier surface in future and a couple of furlongs further to be seen at his best.  Finding suitable races for him is not easy but we will endeavour to find a race on the turf with some juice in the ground.

Delighted to welcome visitors this morning to view our five-year-old Jack Hobbs mare (pictured) that we are in the process of syndicating.  She moved nicely up the gallops and has shown us plenty of promise.   There are a couple of shares available so if you would like more information about her, the details can be viewed HERE.

Yesterday I attended the memorial service for Mark Bradstock in Letcombe Bassett.  There was a great turnout with many friends going back over some four decades, all coming together to celebrate the life of a popular and much loved character.

One of the attendees was Gold Cup winner Coneygree to emphasise his gifted horsemanship.  Amongst those in attendance was Charlie Brooks who gave an amusing and not surprisingly, sometimes irreverent tribute to a great friend, whose humour and personality brought together some of the sport’s leading players.
