Kieran Shoemark reported that Bluenose Belle did not like being pressured from the front in the mile and a half handicap at Kempton on Wednesday.  On her previous run at the track she had an easy lead and perhaps we will try dropping her in more on her next run.  She appears to enjoy jumping and will probably begin her hurdling career after this.

Yesterday it was great to welcome International event rider Bill Levett who once again coached our staff on their riding technique.  All the team very much appreciate Bill’s input and developing our staff’s skills here at Adlestrop is always high on our agenda.  Techniques on both flat work and jumping are fascinating and essential and will ensure both horse and rider benefit greatly.

We have entries next week with Sun Tracker, Shibuya Song and Fighting Poet and whilst many of our horses are young national hunt horses, its great to have runners on the flat and over jumps whilst some of the string continue to mature and build up their fitness.
