Highland Sun just missed out on getting a run at Wolverhampton on Friday and we will have to look elsewhere for her now.

I attended Goffs at Doncaster today and pleased to have returned with two promising types that we may syndicate.

Both five-year-olds, Robin des Smoke is a very balanced, athletic mare who has won a point to point and looks just the type to do well in bumpers and hurdles before going chasing.  You can view her pedigree and video of her win HERE.

We have done well with our mares over the seasons and with plenty of opportunities for the females these days, she could well turn out to be good value in the present market.

The same could be said for Rossbeigh Strand who recently won a point to point by fifteen lengths and is a handsome bay who at £38,000, could well be a shrewd purchase.  His pedigree and video of his impressive win can be found HERE.

Bloodstock agent Gerry Hogan recommended both and has been responsible for many winners over the last few seasons

It was great to catch up with so many friends at the sales and look forward to attending the Tattersalls Cheltenham sale after racing on Saturday, where hopefully again we will be successful in purchasing.
