Two runners at Uttoxeter tomorrow

We have declared Celestial Magic and Organdi at Uttoxeter tomorrow.

The former ran an excellent race at Stratford to be second on his last start and once again Richard Johnson rides.  He is a very consistent type and really deserves to get his head in front again, although as ever – it is a competitive event and the handicapper shows him no mercy.

Organdi showed great potential on her debut at Wincanton and she is declared in the mares bumper tomorrow evening.  She is a very attractive, athletic mare but we would need some proper good ground for her to run so let’s hope the predicted rain does arrive.

If we don’t think the ground is safe, we will put her away until the autumn and she undoubtedly is a promising type and looks to have an excellent future ahead of her.

Worked a few horses this morning and looking forward to getting some more summer runners on the track in the next few weeks.

Viva Rafa is entered at Stratford next Tuesday, who was travelling extremely well when coming down two out on his last run at Southwell.  He deserves to get his head in front and has schooled well since.
