Tuesdsay 14th January, 2020

We have declared Present From Dubai at Newbury tomorrow as the race divided and his other option at Haydock is threatened with heavy rain.  He won well at Uttoxeter last time but has gone up eight pounds for that victory.

He should have similar conditions tomorrow but it is a competitive race although he appears in good form and we are hopeful of a good run.

It was great to welcome Amanda Langdale this morning who witnessed Iron Horse schooling over fences.  As a member of the Somedays Here Racing Partnership, Amanda nurtured the nine year old through his early years and thankfully he appears to have taken well to the bigger fences.  Hopefully he is on target to run next week when more members of the partnership will be able to attend.

Delighted to announce details of this year’s Adlestrop Club Question Of Sport Quiz, which takes place on 27th February at Cotswolds Club Chipping Norton.  Once again we have a star line-up of award winning broadcasters including Sybil Ruscoe, John Inverdale, Mark Pougatch, Jeff Stelling and Cornelius Lysaght.

On the evening we will be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK and will also be launching details of our new charity syndicate that will raise money for this great cause.  Please book your places as soon as possible.
