Great to have all the jumping string back getting fit for the coming season.  All have summered well and look stronger for their holidays and there is certainly a lot of potential to look forward to.

It was great to welcome Jane Lane and Annie Randolph-Dyer to the yard this morning to see Lady Of Authority (pictured) go up the gallops.  They are part owners in the mare’s new syndicate and delighted so many good people are involved.  We still have two shares left so please be in touch if interested in this winning, dual-purpose mare.  Details are HERE.

Yesterday was the Jim Old Charity Golf Day – a date in every racing person’s diary.  Jim has organised the event for many years and raises money for great causes including the Injured Jockeys Fund.

Very pleased to be once again a member of the Top Spec team headed by Will Humphreys.  Top Spec are our excellent feed suppliers and the product is certainly better than the performance of our team.

However a fun day was had by all and it was great to see Carl Llewellyn at a golf day and come away without a prize.  I didn’t think I’d ever see the day I was talking to him about prams but life is full of surprises.
