Organdi jumped the first nine fences with great aplomb on her chasing debut at Ludlow yesterday.  However getting too close to the first down the back, she came down and unfortunately has sustained a nasty cut to her left fore joint.

Thanks to the excellent work of racecourse vets and our local veterinary hospital, she is in good hands and hopefully through expert care, she will be able to recover in time for summer jumping.

Beautiful People is declared at Warwick tomorrow in the 2 ½ mile novices handicap chase.  Again the ground will not be ideal and she prefers more of a stamina test, however she jumps well at home and hopefully it will be a good experience for her.

Looking forward to supporting Racing Welfare’s ‘A Question of Racing’ Quiz at 7.30pm  The event will be hosted by Mattie Batchelor and is open to anyone working in the racing or breeding industry.
