Thursday 13th June, 2019

With the rain continuing we have decided not to run J Gaye at Sandown on Saturday and it looks unlikely she will be able to go to Salisbury with ground conditions as they are.

She is a good moving filly who has shown promise and we may have to wait for some drier weather.

With Uttoxeter off today because of water-logging, we decided not to enter Organdi for next week as she likes better ground.  Hopefullly she can go back to the course at the end of the month in a similar contest.  Who would have thought it in the month of June and how frustrating.

The weather does not stop the yard from having a good steam clean and paint whilst the majority of the string are on their holidays.

Good to welcome Charlie Allan to the yard this morning.  He has been a long time supporter of the yard, not only as an owner but as a quiz master, wicket keeper and wine taster.

Charlie has shares in Madame Ritz, Beautiful People and Organdi and it was good to welcome him to see the three mares in action this morning.
