Pleasing runs from Muthabir and Totterdown

On my way to Warwick to saddle Master Vintage and Bella’s Vision.  The former is a hard pulling type – hopefully he will settle but he may well be a bit fresh following his summer break.

Bella’s Vision is in a competitive mares bumper but has pleased us at home and we are looking forward to her showing some promise.

Muthabir ran pleasingly yesterday at Ludlow.  Liking the good ground, he travelled well before finding traffic problems after the fourth last.  He stayed on well up the straight and could do with some help from the handicapper.

Totterdown showed great promise in the bumper.  Despite pulling hard until the straight, he stayed on well under pressure in the last two furlongs to finish fifth beaten six lengths by the winner.  Once he learns to settle, I am sure he will be winning races and he has an excellent jump in him.
