Muthabir runs at Ludlow tomorrow

Muthabir is declared for Ludlow tomorrow in the three mile handicap hurdle.  Danny Hiskett once again rides and hopefully he will put up a good show in what is a competitive contest.

The drying ground should suit and although he is high enough in the handicap due to his Kempton win, he should be competitive.

Minella Whisper ran very creditably at Stratford yesterday to be third, beaten less than two lengths by the winner.  He travelled well into the race off a strong pace but as feared the course was on the sharp side for him and I am sure a fence and a galloping track would suit him far better.

Delighted to be a Newbury on Saturday as a guest of Bunny Roberts at the Greatwood Charity lunch.

Great to see owner Steven Smith’s home bred, Dan’s Dream win the Fred Darling.  Not only does Steven’s Hunscote Stud own the mare, they also have a share in the sire, Cityscape.

The stallion has had a very bright start to his career and it’s great to see Steven’s enthusiasm and investment paying dividends.
