A sunny morning after a wonderful Cheltenham Festival week.  However this week is Team Adlestrop’s Cheltenham with several horses having each-way chances in the next few days.

Robin Des Smoke runs in the 2 ½ mile novice hurdle at Plumpton today having been an excellent second at Wetherby recently.   The track and ground will be very different today however hopefully her jumping will be an asset and we look forward to her running again for her in-form owner Lizzie Prowting.

Present From Dubai (pictured) also runs at Plumpton in the 2 ½ mile handicap chase where there are four runners.  Again he will encounter conditions quite different from those he has been used to recently with a step up in trip on better ground.  However he appears in good form having jumped well on his chasing debut at Leicester.

Lesser runs tomorrow in the 2 ½ mile novice hurdle at Wetherby.  He was an impressive winner of a bumper for us at Bangor in December and although he is up against one or two useful opposition tomorrow, we are hopeful this point-to-point winner will make a pleasing debut over hurdles.

On Wednesday we have declared both Mrs Barnes and Muthabir at Haydock with Danny riding both and Master Vintage at Market Rasen with Sam Twiston-Davies taking the ride.  Mrs Barnes steps up in trip following her victory at Huntingdon whilst Muthabir wears a visor for the first time.

Master Vintage has had a wind op since his last run which will hopefully bring about some improvement in form.  As ever, we will be pleased if all come back safely and do their very best in what looks an interesting few days for the yard.
