Islandray unfortuantely unseated Danny Hiskett at the fourth jump at Southwell yesterday.  It was an unfortunate error but thankfully both horse and rider appear fine with Islandray going on to win the race without a jockey onboard!

We will look for a similar race for him in the coming weeks and we can put it down to just one of those things.

Golden Deal failed to settle on her first attempt at a mile and a half at Wolverhampton on Saturday evening.  Luke Morris suggested we go back to a mile and a quarter and possibly put a hood on her.  Hopefully we can return to Lingfield where she so nearly won in the summer.

Having had a fair few runners recently, we are quiet on the runners front but have both Tulane and Mighty Elsa entered before the weekend.

Popped into Cheltenham on the way to Wolverhampton on Saturday as a guest of Tim Hailstone.  He always has a very interesting eclectic mix of guests and a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon was had by all.

I thought Pentland Hills ran a cracker considering how hard he pulled and maybe this is the time to back him each way for what looks a very open Champion Hurdle.
