Muthabir has been declared in the 3.10pm at Taunton tomorrow – a 3 mile, 0-120 handicap hurdle. He won the race a couple of years ago and hopefully once again will put up a good show for his owners the Adlestrop Experience.
There are eight runners and as ever, it’s a competitive affair. Danny Hiskett takes off five pounds which will do no harm as his mark is high enough at present.
A good work morning whilst we prep a few runners for next week and beyond. We have had some welcome rain and it will be nice to end the season on a good note.
Grand National week is always an exciting one and Joe Farrell appeared to be the best backed horse yesterday. The winner of last year’s Scottish National – he looks to have a good chance and will be ridden by Adam Wedge.
Adam began his career here in Adlestrop and was always extremely natural over an obstacle. He has developed into an excellent jockey and it will be great to see him have a chance of winning the world’s greatest steeplechase.
