Cheltenham week is always a busy one but it’s great to welcome so many owners to the yard during the Festival.  A busy work morning yesterday before setting off for the races with the Somedays Here Partnership joining Ed Ware and Colin Pocock on the gallops.

The ground conditions have certainly had an effect on the results over the first couple of days with some exciting if unpredictable results.  However I’m up in the betting stakes thanks to picking out the Champion Hurdle winner on paddock pick on the first day.

It was great to witness Altior and Tiger Roll win yesterday.  Two true legends of the jumping game.  Interesting to see comedian Lee Mack in the paddock taking a photograph of Altior and if you don’t believe me, would I lie to you?

Today promises to be another fascinating one and hoping my Festival nap, Defi Du Seuil can get his head in front.  Looking at all the other races, I’d rather be a bookmaker.
