Totterdown is declared in the second division of the two mile novice hurdle at Warwick tomorrow.  He was an impressive winner of a novice hurdle at Hereford last season and has lots of ability.

Hopefully he will settle well tomorrow and although he did not act on the track in the past, the ground was very soft that day.  Danny Hiskett who gets on well with him will take the ride.

Bella’s Vision travelled and jumped well off a slow pace yesterday at Uttoxeter but was unable to quicken once the race started in earnest from three out.

We will look to run her again and possibly ride her more prominently in future.  She shows ability at home and it would be great to get a race out of this well-bred mare.

Delighted to support the Animal Health Trust Charity Golf Day in Jersey on Friday.  Organised by owner Bunny Roberts, the event is a great success and raises much needed funds for the great cause.

I played in owner Steven Smith’s team and finished a noble second.  However if I had not folded in the last three holes, victory would have been ours.  If there was a team I could let down, that was the one.

Congratulations to Andy Lloyd on winning the prize for the longest drive thanks to his putt on the eighth.
