Off to Epsom tomorrow

It’s debatable now whether Aiden O’Brien is a better stallion than Galileo, having bred another Classic winner with his son Donnacha riding Forever Together to victory in the Oaks.

As regular readers will know, she was picked out to have a great chance in this race following her Chester run.

Having backed Kew Gardens and The Pentagon in the Derby, I’m hoping the O’Brien success story continues.

Looking forward to attending tomorrow’s great race, back in home territory and the ground is going to make the race a fascinating spectacle.

It was great to attend last night’s annual Twelve Club Derby Dinner at the Turf Club in London.  It’s always an entertaining evening as us members of the Twelve Club (a horses to follow competition), get together to have a Derby draw and sweep stake.

Lots of opinions on offer and not long to wait now.
