Five to Follow Competition

Delighted to announce the launch of this year’s Five to Follow Competition.  Full details of how to enter can be found HERE

Starting today, I’ll be running through the string for the season to help you make your mind on your selections.

ARCTIC CHIEF

Archie showed great promise in his early career being placed in two bumpers.  However he has had his problems over the last few seasons but ran a very pleasing race over hurdles at Huntingdon last week.  Once he has a handicap mark and some good ground, he should be competitive once again and works as well as any horse here at Adlestrop.

BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE

BP has been placed over hurdles but is yet to win.  She needs a trip and good ground.  She had a soft palate operation in the summer which has helped her.  She is off a useful handicap mark and would certainly have a chance when conditions are in her favour.

BELLA’S VISION

Bella is an unraced four-year-old who showed promise in the spring.  Following a summers rest, she has developed further and goes nicely at home.  From the family of Dom Poly, she will start off in bumpers before going over hurdles in the New Year and looks like a mare with a great deal of potential.
